Authentic Mexican Chocolate

Posted on November 16, 2011 at 5:05pm 1 Comment

Mexican Chocolate usually comes in tablet form and is HARD!! Suggested tip, when you want to use this chocolate, microwave it for 30 seconds to make is soft. Another is to blend it in a blender with either water, condense milk, milk, liquor. Mexican chocolate has a unique spiced flavor and is very gooooood. Ingredients are cocoa and pure cane sugar. Try it in your baking next time.

Enjoy!

which grows as a vine and needs the support of trees or poles

whereupon it can reach a height of about 5 metres. The flowers

have a narrow bell surrounded by thin petals which develop slowly

over several months into long narow pods about 12-15 cm long.

Vanilla needs a process of curing similar to cacao to develop its

characteristic aroma, for example the pods may be picked green

then sun dried, oven… Continue

Hi
I found the white cocoa powder at Qzina's. But thanks anyway. It took a lot of searching. I have added your web site to my vendor list. I will contact you with vanilla purchases soon.
Thanks
Lisa

Sure. Let me know what you find. I need cocoa and white cocoa powders without spices. I would like to add my own mixture. Thanks and let me know what you find. Right now, I am not sure of the quantity. I am opening shop October 1st and my website will be opening September 15th. Dehydrated white cocoa is a challenge to source.

I looked at your site. All I saw was vanilla. I am looking for a high grade cocoa powder in white and dark at at least 70%. I can add the spices from there. It must be the best and pure. Let me know if you cover this product. I want pure cocao dark and dehydrated cocoa butter to add spices to. I want to make a pure Mayan cocao with exotic spices. Do you have these products? I will buy the vanilla, no problem........I am looking for this product before I do

I am opening a gourmet, artisan chocolaterie by September serving wholesale, retail and e-commerce. I need a really nice cocoa powder to make hot chocolate. Also, do you carry white cocoa powder (dehydrated cocoa butter) ?
I will take a look at your web site. But if you can advise me on which product, that would be great.
