Thanks for accepting me into your friends list. I went from Physics to desserts and from working for large casinos(Harrah's) to owning and running my own small company. I have a weakness for dark chocolate. The best cake I have ever had inside the US is the 40th anniv. cake from The Chesecake Factory. And after meny attempts I have recreated it. It consists of 5 layers of moist dark chocolate cake with alternating layes of french cheesecake and chocolate mousse and iced with fresh dark chocolate ganache and chocolate curls. From the first bite you can taste every decadent, lushous flavor melt into a bite of pure heaven.
