By any chance do you have a good recipe for a Strawberry Mousse? I need to make it for a function and haven't found one that I really like yet.
Tish, what kind of dessert is pictured on your page? Is that a white cake with ganache? But I see a chocolate crust or something on the bottom. Looks yummy and delicious. Just curious, as I am knew to this site and have been "browsing"...... :-)
I would love to have an index of all the Chocolatier Magazine issues as well. I have the very first issue of Chocolatier, and the following 2 years. Then it was hit & miss from there. I cherish the ones that I have and learned tips and techniques from many. Great magazine, wish it were back.
